Try to update your iso with the command:
zsync -o natty-desktop-i386.iso http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/releases/natty/alpha-1/natty-desktop-i386.iso.zsyncIf you have not installed install it zsync with:
sudo apt-get install zsyncYou can take a while to update.
